Service Policy

Dear Guests, we are pleased to give you the most cordial welcome and to wish you a joyful stay. Below, we are presenting the service policyto provide you with the necessary information which allow you to make the most of all the services we offer. The entry to Casa Ricotta farmhouse implies the full acceptance and compliance with this regulation.

The staff

Al centro del nostro Agriturismo, ci siete voi: siete la fonte principale per la valutazione ed il costante miglioramento del soggiorno presso la nostra struttura, vi preghiamo pertanto di formulare ogni richiesta o segnalazione che riteniate utile.
Saremo il punto di riferimento per qualsiasi problema si possa presentare durante il vostro soggiorno, e per qualunque approfondimento sui servizi dell’Agriturismo a vostra disposizione, ma anche per informazioni turistiche riguardanti i dintorni, eventi, manifestazioni locali e curiosità riguardanti il territorio.

The property

The property is located in the archaeological area of Magna Graecia and disposes of 8 rooms, one of which is suitable for the stay of disabled; all of them are equipped with full bathroom, shower-box, hair drayer, closets, smart tv and fridge (for personal use). We offer overnight stay, breakfast and half-board. Moreover within the structure there is a restaurant where you can taste the Lucanian typical cuisine, a pool exclusively reserved for guests, a greenhouse to enjoy relaxation moments, a playground for children and a small farm where guests can admire a great number of friendly animals.

Bookings

Reservations must be made by phone or email: we are committed to answer within 24 hours. However our farmhouse will give you written confirmation of your booking and the included conditions. At the discretion of our farmhouse, a deposit equal to 30% of the total price may be required. Moreover, to definively confirm the reservation your credit card details may be required as well.

Check – in

From 2 PM to 8 PM. In case of different times of arrival you are kindly asked to give us notice in advance. On arrival it is mandatory for all the guests to show a valid personal identification to permit the registration procedure required by law.

Check – out

Nel caso aveste necessità di trattenervi più a lungo, basterà comunicarlo in anticipo per consentire il miglior svolgimento delle nostre attività anche nei confronti degli altri ospiti.
Eventuali fatturazioni particolari vanno richieste il giorno prima della partenza.
I pagamenti possono essere effettuati in contanti o tramite bancomat o carta di credito entro il giorno prima  della partenza.

Modalità di cancellazione

In case of cancellation within 50 days prior to arrival, the possible deposit will be entirely returned. In case of cancellation made between 50 and 20 days before arrival, the customer will have to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the deposit.

In case of cancellation made between 20 and 7 days prior to arrival, the penalty to be paid will be equal to 50% of the whole price of accommodation. In case of cancellation made within the 7th day prior to arrival or made without prior notice, the total price of accommodation will be charged to your credit card.° giorno dall’arrivo o senza alcun avviso, sarà addebitato sulla carta di credito l’importo dell’intero soggiorno.

Prohibitions and warnings

Inside the rooms and the common areas it is absolutely forbidden to smoke, to use stoves, cookers or sililar, both for food preparation and heating, to have lunch and dinner inside the room, to move or use inapproprietely furniture, beds and equipment. Any damage and/or deterioration caused to the farmhouse by the guests will be in the charge of the guests themselves.

It is not allowed to welcome and host people that are not checked in in the rooms.

It will be responsibility of the guests to guard personal items of value, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the farmhouse. Any responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal effects is declined.

Guests will receive the room and entrance gate keys. In case of loss, prompt notice must be given to the manager. For safety reasons, it is kindly requested to lock the door every time.

Pets

We are always happy to welcome our guests’ cats and dogs upon notice. They will be hosted in well equipped and sanitized outdoor wooden kennels,and will be allowed as long as they are educated and used to contact with people and other animals. Bringing them into the rooms is absolutely forbidden. Owners are responsible for their custody and surveillance. Possible damages caused by pets are in charge of their owners.

IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PETS ALONE WITHIN THE PROPERTY.

Processing of personal data

Personal data and any other information received by our staff and management while working are subject to secrecy restrictions and will be treated as confidential with due regard for personal rights, through the systematic use of appropriate protection measures put in place for both the paper and electronic data processing, and related to its specifity (simple personal data, or sensitive or legal data). In accordance with and for the effects of Legislative Decree 196/03, we inform the customers that their personal data will be used just for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship (accounting and administrative purposes included).

Main services

BREAKFAST  

Breakfast is served with genuine local products from 7:30 AM to 10 AM. On request it is possible to move it up. Dinner is served with lucanian typical food at 8 PM.

ROOM REORGANISATION

The room cleaning up is carried out every day if guests leave within 10.30 AM. The change of bathroom linen is daily, while that of bed linen occurs every 3 days (except on the day of departure and the previous one). Bathrooms are equipped with: intimate cleanser, shower gel, disposable bars of soap, shower cap and hair drayer.

INTERNET

It is possible to use free Wi-Fi both in the rooms and in the common areas.

THE POOL

The pool use is free and exclusively reserved for the farmhouse guests. Security service is not provided and access is forbidden to unaccompanied children under 12 years old. The pool is open from the 1st May to the 30th Septemper, from 8 AM to 7 PM. Management does not provide towels and beach towels. Entrance is allowed only wearing the swim cap, which is not provided by the property. We kindly ask you not to eat or drink by the poolside, not to bring in glasses and bottles, and to respect other guests'quiet.

PARKING

The parking is unguarded and management is notresponsible for possible car thefts or damages. Even if there are not particular risks, still we recommend to lock them and not to leave personal effects into them.
